The night shift for your Amazon business

Stop digging through Seller Central.

Every morning, sellers spend 30–90 minutes figuring out what moved overnight and why. We do it for you — watching your ad spend, ACOS, inventory cover, and demand velocity — and have the fix built before your coffee: down to the FBA shipment, boxed and ready to approve.

You're paying to advertise SKU-7712 straight into a stockout.
SKU-7712 has 9 days of FBA cover and dropping — but campaign "Spring Catalog" is still spending $94/day driving demand to it. Inventory and Ads agree: ease the spend now, or you sell out mid-campaign and lose rank.

What an average morning actually costs you.

Most sellers we talk to start every day with the same scavenger hunt. Three tabs open, four metrics that don't agree, and an hour gone before anything productive happens.

~60min
Per morning

Digging through dashboards.

Seller Central, Campaign Manager, your ad reports, your COGS spreadsheet — each tells a partial story. Nobody's stitching them together but you.

~6 days
Of cover · gone before you notice

Blindsided by a stockout.

A SKU's sales accelerate, but your 30-day cover number still looks fine. By the time you catch it, you're days from out-of-stock — and losing rank you'll pay to win back.

5–15%
Of monthly ad spend · wasted

Bleeding ad budget.

Paused campaigns, runaway ACoS, budget caps hit at 11am on your top performers. Quiet leaks add up fast.

Dashboards show you what. We tell you why.

Your dashboards are read-only journalism. Our agent is the investigative reporter — pulling ad performance, demand velocity, and days-of-cover into a single answer, then drafting the fix.

What your dashboards show

What our agent tells you

Units on SKU-7712 fell 12% this week — and it isn't the listing. Its ad group "Spring — Auto" is converting worse, with ACoS up 28% → 41%, so it stopped winning placements — ~22% of the SKU's traffic, gone.

At the same time it's tight on stock: 22 units/day is burning down to 6 days of cover, with 400 units inbound but not yet checked in.

So you're paying more per order to advertise a SKU that's about to run out — the worst of both.

Two drafts ready: pause "Spring — Auto" to stop the bleed — and a 600-unit shipment from Pace, already built. Approve?

Setup in one afternoon. Answers from day one.

We do the connection work with you on the call. By the time we hang up, the agent is watching your accounts.

01

Connect your Amazon account.

One OAuth click connects Amazon — SP-API and Ads API both. We do this with you directly — no support tickets, no DIY hell.

02

Load your real costs.

COGS, freight, prep — drop in a spreadsheet at onboarding. As margin-aware analysis rolls out, your numbers are already in place, so the agent can move from "revenue moved" to "profit moved."

03

Get your morning brief.

Every morning, a focused diagnostic on what moved and why — with your actual margins. Approve fixes with one tap. Nothing executes without you.

Not another dashboard with a chatbot bolted on.

A real agent that watches your SP-API and Ads API — runs the analysis with your actual margins, and tells you what to do, not what to look at.

/ 01

Sales movement diagnosis

When sales move — up or down — the agent investigates ad performance (ACOS, conversion, wasted spend), demand velocity, and days of cover across your catalog, then explains it in plain English and drafts the fix.

"SKU-3401 is up 18% week-over-week — demand, not ads: velocity jumped from 11 to 19 units/day while ad spend held flat. You're down to 8 days of cover; drafted a 600-unit shipment."
/ 02

Inventory & stockout watch

Per-SKU velocity tracking across your catalog with adaptive thresholds — factoring in lead time, days of cover, and your warehouse setup. Then it builds the FBA shipment end-to-end — units, ship-from address, boxes, weights & dims — and opens it pre-filled for your review.

"SKU-7712 is 9 days from FBA stockout at the current 22/day pace. Shipment built: 480 units from Pace, dims verified — review and approve?"
/ 03

Ad spend anomaly detection

Catches what quietly bleeds spend: ad groups burning budget with zero orders, ACoS and conversion drifting off baseline, and budget caps hit mid-day on your top performers.

"Campaign 'Brand-Defense-NA' hit budget at 11:14am. You normally don't run out until 6pm. Suggest raising daily cap from $80 → $140."
/ 04

Cross-agent coordination

When the same SKU lands in both queues — low on stock and still being advertised — the Logistics and Ads agents reconcile and hand you one call, not two conflicting alerts.

"Logistics is restocking SKU-7712 (6 days cover, 600 inbound) while Ads is about to pause its ad group. Hold the pause — keep demand warm through the gap, restart full spend when stock lands."

Canvas waits for you to ask. Our agent already knows.

Amazon's Seller Assistant is genuinely good — and free. But it's a workspace you have to open and query: you have to know the right question to type. Our agent works every night with a decade of operator expertise built in, and hands you the answer before you've thought to ask.

/ Amazon Seller Assistant + Canvas

A tool you query.

Reactive — it answers when asked.
  • You open it and type "analyze my sales performance"
  • It only surfaces what you already thought to ask about
  • Runs on a 24–48 hour data lag
  • No drafted actions — you still do the work by hand
  • Generic insights, the same playbook for every seller
/ Agents for Sellers

An agent on the night shift.

Proactive — it investigates before you ask.
  • Scans every SKU on a schedule and flags what actually moved
  • Surfaces the problem you didn't know to look for
  • Velocity & stockout checks every 15 minutes — no overnight blind spot
  • Drafts the fix — FBA shipments, ad-group pauses — for one-tap approval
  • A decade of operator diagnostic logic built into the agent

Ten founding sellers. That's it.

We're onboarding 10 sellers for the Q3 cohort. White-glove setup, direct access to the team building this, and a preferred founding-member rate.

This isn't a typical SaaS pitch. The founding cohort is small and hand-picked. Add your details to the waitlist and an operator — someone who's run ads and managed inventory for sellers like you for a decade — will personally reach out about a spot.

What sellers ask us first.

The real difference is who does the work. Canvas is a workspace you have to open and query — you have to know the right question to ask, then read the dashboard it generates. Our agent works for you around the clock: it investigates every night on its own, with a decade of Amazon operator expertise built in, and hands you the answer before you've thought to ask. On top of that, it re-checks velocity and stockout risk every 15 minutes and sweeps your ad spend through the day (Canvas runs on a 24–48 hour lag), and writes a real narrative diagnosis instead of a generic "product trending down" alert.
No. Every action is a draft for your approval — an ad-group pause or a fully built FBA shipment, all of it requires a one-tap approval before it runs. The shipment only becomes real in Seller Central after you approve it. This is also how Amazon's new March 2026 Agent Policy requires AI tools to operate, so we're aligned by design.
No. We don't replace product research, keyword tools, or listing optimization suites — we focus on the diagnostic and decision layer. Most of our founding sellers run both. Think of us as the morning brief, not the Swiss army knife.
We're an SP-API approved developer. Your refresh tokens are stored in Google Cloud KMS (encrypted at rest), we use scoped permissions for exactly what the agent needs, and you can revoke access from Seller Central at any time with one click. We never share data with third parties and we never train models on your account.
Founding members get a meaningfully better rate than general pricing, and we treat that as a real commitment to the people who backed us early. When we open to general availability (likely Q4 2026), standard pricing will be higher. The 10 founding spots aren't a marketing gimmick — they're the maximum we can support white-glove during beta.
Today the agent is Amazon-only (SP-API + Ads API) — but multi-channel isn't a "someday," it's the core of the roadmap. Shopify is next, targeted for Q4 2026, with Walmart (Marketplace + Connect) and eBay behind it. If Amazon is a meaningful part of your business, join the waitlist now. If you're not on Amazon yet, join anyway and tell us where you sell — we'll reach out the moment your channel comes online, and founding pricing still applies.
